Brands sometimes send me products, services, travel or experiences for free. Receiving something does not guarantee that I’ll feature it or talk about it positively. When I share something I was gifted, I say so.

I work with brands on paid partnerships across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, my newsletter and this site. Paid content is clearly labelled, for example with #ad, “paid partnership” or “sponsored”, so you can tell it apart from my own recommendations.
My opinions are my own
